End-User License Agreement – EST Intranet Sync

Effective date: October 23, 2026

  1. Parties and scope. EST Intranet Sync (the "App") is software owned and operated by EST Systems LLC ("EST"). It is licensed only to EST and its authorized staff, for EST's internal business use. It is not offered to the public or to any other company. There are no end customers.
  2. License. EST staff may use the App only to view EST's own QuickBooks Online data on EST's internal dashboard. The App may not be copied, resold, sublicensed or connected to any other QuickBooks company.
  3. Read-only access. The App connects to a single QuickBooks Online company, EST's own, with read-only use of the Accounting scope. It does not create, change or delete QuickBooks data.
  4. Data. Data stays on EST's internal, VPN-only server and is not sold or shared. Our Privacy Policy (https://est-sys.com/privacy) explains how data is handled.
  5. Security and revocation. Connection tokens are stored encrypted. Access can be revoked at any time in QuickBooks under Settings → Apps → Connected apps → EST Intranet Sync → Disconnect.
  6. No warranty. The App is provided "as is" for internal convenience. QuickBooks remains the system of record. Figures on the dashboard may be delayed or incomplete and should be checked in QuickBooks before you act on them.
  7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, EST is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
  8. Termination. This license ends when EST disconnects or retires the App.
  9. Intuit. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made or endorsed by Intuit.
