Privacy Policy – EST Intranet Sync

Effective date: October 23, 2026EST Systems LLC ("EST", "we") runs EST Intranet Sync (the "App"), a private connector that links our own QuickBooks Online company to our internal staff dashboard. This policy explains what the App does with data.

Who uses it. EST staff only, for EST's internal use. The App connects to one QuickBooks Online company: EST's own. It is not offered, sold or listed for any other business or person, and it has no end customers.

What it accesses. The App uses the QuickBooks Online Accounting scope (com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting) 

read-only. It reads invoices, payments and bills to show accounts receivable and revenue summaries. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in QuickBooks. It does not access payment card or bank account numbers, payroll data, or Intuit account passwords.

Where data is kept. Data is processed and stored only on EST's internal server. That server can be reached only on EST's private network or VPN, and only by staff signed in with company single sign-on. We keep the summary files the dashboard needs. Each update replaces the previous one.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share this data with anyone. We do not use it for advertising or analytics outside EST.Security. The connection credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted, readable only by the App, and are never written to logs. All connections to Intuit use HTTPS. Only EST administrators can connect or disconnect the App.

Disconnecting. An EST QuickBooks administrator can revoke access at any time in QuickBooks under Settings → Apps → Connected apps → EST Intranet Sync → Disconnect. The App then stops reading QuickBooks data. When the App is retired, we delete its stored credentials and summary files.Changes. If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
